Is SUC free?

Yes. All public community runs are free. Team SUC and 1:1 coaching are paid programs.

Do I need to sign up for the free runs?

No. Follow us on Strava, read the route notes, and show up ready.

Is Team SUC open?

Team SUC is currently open for enrollment: $29 / 4 weeks for the shared TrainingPeaks plan, team updates, workouts, and private channels.

Is SUC no-drop?

No. All paces are welcome, but SUC runs are self-responsibility runs. Bring what you need and know the plan.
