All tiers follow the same weekly structure — long runs, workouts, recovery — but with adjusted volume and intensity based on your tier.

Sample MED Tier Week
You’ve got a base. Maybe you’ve run a 50K. Maybe you’re circling one on the calendar. You want structure, challenge, and a crew to ride with.
MED is built for runners returning to long-distance trail shape or tackling 30-50k trail races and ultramarathons. We focus on smart build-up: progressive volume, weekly vert, race-specific simulations, and recovery that keeps you moving.
What You Get:
4-week rolling training cycles (5–6 days/week)
Incorporates SUC Saturday Long Runs, Wednesday Team SUC workouts, and strength training options.
Weekly notes + mindset prompts from Coach Costa
SUC-style structure — no fluff, just workouts and advice that makes you tougher
Best for: Runners aiming for consistency, confidence or their first ultramarathon finish.

You’re not here to finish — you’re here to race.
XL is for runners going after 50-mile to 100k goals, and looking to not just survive, but push themselves for the full distance. Whether you’re looking to crush Canyons, Lake Sonoma, or push into new territory — this tier is for serious trail legs only.

Bigger, tougher workouts and ultra-specific training (back-to-back long runs, heat training, fueling)
